Which Models Qualify for Gold Star Warranty Coverage?

A given pre-owned Isuzu truck must be less than seven years old in order to qualify for the program, and it must also fall below a strict mileage limit:

• Gas-powered Isuzu trucks must have fewer than 125,000 miles.
• Diesel Isuzu trucks must have fewer than 200,000 miles.

If a vehicle is too old or has too many miles on the odometer, it will not be eligible for the Isuzu Gold Star Warranty program. However, the certification process doesn’t end there. Eligible vehicles must also pass an extensive multipoint inspection before they can be offered to drivers in Milwaukee and Waukesha. If our service team can’t fix every issue with genuine Isuzu parts, the model cannot be approved for certification.

How Long Does the Isuzu Gold Star Warranty Last?

The basic Isuzu Gold Star Warranty isn’t just an Isuzu engine warranty; it also protects your transmission and your drive axle. Coverage is available in four terms:

• 3 months or 10,000 miles
• 6 months or 20,000 miles
• 12 months or 30,000 miles
• 24 months or 60,000 miles

The Isuzu Gold Star Warranty Plus Program goes even further. With Plus coverage, you’ll also protect your fuel injectors, turbocharger, alternator, starter, and water pump. With Plus Coverage included, the Gold Star Warranty is available in two terms:

• 12 months or 30,000 miles
• 24 months or 60,000 miles

If you choose an Isuzu Gold Star Warranty with the Plus Package and Aftertreatment Coverage, you can extend your Gold Star Warranty coverage for up to 36 months or 90,000 miles, whichever comes first. 

Opting for Aftertreatment Coverage expands the list of covered components even further. In addition to those components identified above, this option protects your:

What is Not Covered by the Isuzu Gold Star Warranty?

The Isuzu Gold Star Warranty does not cover:

• Damage or failures due to accidents, misuse, or modifications
• Damage or failures due to a lack of proper maintenance
• Damage or failures due to improper fuel, oil, or lubricant levels
• Normal scheduled maintenance
